- Redesign and production of cinch handle.
- The cinch handle, used in endoscopic surgery, was failing under the physical force needed to apply by doctors during surgery.
Solution
- MME reverse engineered the cinch handle and took ownership of a complete overhaul which included molding enhancements, martial selection and part design.
- Validation of cinch handle pull force.

- Customer received a superior product designed for heavy usage and high volume production.
