Our growth is a direct result of our investment in employees and allows us to operate state-of-the-art equipment coupled with the latest industry best practices. We operate with an abundance of in-house services and continuously improve our vertical integration. Our contract manufacturing capabilities continue to expand as we increase training, add equipment, and nurture our customer partnerships.

This past year helped us achieve growth and kudos. President of MME group, Bob Archambault, was recognized as a finalist for the Minnesota Business magazine 2015 Minnesota Manufacturing Executive of the Year Award. Archambault’s experience, career trajectory in the industry, and aspirations; leadership role and accomplishments at MME group; and, leadership role and accomplishments within the Minnesota manufacturing industry and the broader community lead to his recognition. Archambault’s achievements make him a highly sought after industry expert—we’re proud to have him lead the team.

As we wrapped up the year, MME group was awarded the 2015 VHEDC Business Achievement Award for the ability to thrive and support the local economy, and for excellent in its industry.

As we look ahead to 2016, we continue to push the boundaries of learning and leadership through on-going employee development.
